Refund Policy

We aim to deliver only high-quality and safe toys for your little ones. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery at support@pebblykids.com with your order details and product images.

After verifying the issue, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refund Process:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–8 business days after product verification.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a secure payout link will be sent to your registered email or phone number to collect your bank details for refund processing.

  • Refunds will be issued only if the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Cancellation Policy

At PebblyKids.com, we take great care to process and ship your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Cancellation Before Shipping:
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing to our warehouse. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. If you wish to make any changes or modifications, please contact our customer support team within 1 hour of placing the order at support@pebblykids.com, and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch.

Cancellation After Shipping:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you no longer wish to receive the order, please reject the delivery when it arrives. In such cases, once the shipment returns to us and passes quality inspection, a refund (if applicable) will be processed.

Note:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, handling issues, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • During special sale periods or festive offers, products purchased at discounted prices may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Returns or refunds are not available on discounted or sale products.
